A total investment of nearly USD 2.5 million in R&D and production of environmentally-friendly plastic thin film and has firstly developed PEVA, EVA, POE thin films that can substitute PVC thin films and feature non-toxic and no-smell properties, high tensile strength, excellent heat sealability, light specific gravity(PEVA:0.910 g/cm 3 ,EVA: 0.925g/cm 3 ,POE:0.886?.90g/cm 3 ), outstanding resistance to low temperature and good transparency,etc. These products can be used for colorful printing after synchronous corona treatment and are classified into six types: transparent thin film, colorful transparent thin film, translucent  embossing film, single-color thin film, two-color thin film and special-purpose thin film with maximum breadth of 2,100mm, thickness range of 0.05mm to 0.45mm, and small weight errors which can be controlled within 2g per square meter.
Our newly-developed EVA, POE plastic joint fabrics that are made out of EVA, POE thin film jointed with polypropylene,terylene non-woven cotton, nylon shioze, Oxford shioze, terylene fabric braided, aluminium foil and paper. Thanks to the following merits, such as gentle and cold resisting properties,  good rebound elasticity, strong wind resistance, high tensile strength, and outstanding stripping-resisting performance with the maximum breadth of 1,800mm and the glue consumption of 48g to 300g/m 2 , EVA, POE plastic joint fabrics can be widely applied in the making of rain gear, raintight case and garment, tent, antiseepage padding cloth, airtight poke, military products and mobile water tank,etc. |
